2. Service Description

EQF Solutions provides high-speed internet, cable television, and digital phone services to residential and business customers. Our services include:

  • Fiber-optic internet with speeds up to 1000 Mbps
  • Premium cable TV with HD/4K channels
  • Digital phone services with advanced features
  • Bundle packages combining multiple services

3. Service Agreement and Installation

Your service begins when you sign up and we confirm availability at your location. Professional installation is included with all plans.

Installation Requirements

  • You must provide access to your property for installation
  • You are responsible for any internal wiring modifications needed
  • Installation appointments must be scheduled in advance
  • Someone 18 years or older must be present during installation

4. Billing and Payment

Service fees are billed monthly in advance. Your first bill may include partial month charges and one-time fees.

Payment Terms

  • Bills are due within 30 days of the billing date
  • Late payments may incur additional fees
  • We accept various payment methods including automatic payments
  • Price changes require 30 days advance notice

Automatic Payments

You may authorize automatic payments from your bank account or credit card. You can cancel automatic payments at any time with advance notice.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree to use our services responsibly and in compliance with all applicable laws. Prohibited activities include:

  • Using services for illegal activities
  • Transmitting harmful or offensive content
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to networks or systems
  • Interfering with other customers' use of services
  • Reselling services without authorization

6. Network Management

We manage our network to ensure optimal performance for all customers. This may include:

  • Traffic prioritization during network congestion
  • Temporary speed reductions for heavy users during peak times
  • Blocking or filtering of harmful traffic
  • Regular maintenance and upgrades

7. Service Availability and Performance

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, service interruptions may occur due to maintenance, network issues, or factors beyond our control. We do not guarantee uninterrupted service.

  • Advertised speeds are maximum speeds under optimal conditions
  • Actual speeds may vary based on various factors
  • We provide tools to test and monitor your connection speed

8. Equipment

We may provide equipment such as modems, routers, and cable boxes for your use.

Equipment Terms

  • Equipment remains our property and must be returned upon service termination
  • You are responsible for equipment care and protection
  • Lost, stolen, or damaged equipment may result in charges
  • You may use compatible third-party equipment with our approval

9. Service Changes and Termination

Either party may terminate service with proper notice.

Customer Termination

  • You may cancel service at any time with appropriate notice
  • Early termination fees may apply to contract customers
  • Final bills include service through the termination date
  • Equipment must be returned within 30 days

Company Termination

We may terminate service for non-payment, violation of terms, or other legitimate reasons with appropriate notice.

10. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the monthly service fee for the affected services. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

11. Privacy and Data Protection

We respect your privacy and protect your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices.

12. Dispute Resolution

Disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration rather than court proceedings, except for small claims court matters.

13. Changes to Terms

We may modify these terms with 30 days advance notice. Continued use of services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
